Responsibilities:

• Main job is to provide creative design concept and direction to our project
• Responsible to handle space planning, graphic design and 3D rendering, elevation & E&M drawing
• Liaising with client, suppliers, sub-contractors and team members to ensure project effectiveness
• Capable to handle tender work, cost calculation and ready material board etc.
• To enforce and ensure that works are carried out in strict accordance with design requirements / documents and quality standard

Requirements:

• Creative mind and self-motivated
• Holding Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or related studies
• 2 – 3 years working experience in Interior Design Field is a must for Creative Designer
• Good Computer knowledge in 3D Studio Max, Auto cad, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Willing to work overtime, under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, strong communication skills and analytical ability
• Good command of English and Chinese
