General Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using this website; Your use of this website or any part of it, It means that you agree to the following terms and conditions; We may update this posting from time to time to revise these terms and conditions. The revised terms will be released from the date of posting. 

Order

1. When you place an order, the price of the product is as indicated on the day of order.
2. All product prices on this website are calculated in Hong Kong dollars.
3. Delivery time: 5-6 weeks; based on the day the order is received, depending on different goods; (You can ask for the details of the goods and delivery time, before you place the order, and we will issue confirmation of order)
4. We reserve the right to not accept or cancel orders for any reason at our sole discretion; including but not limited to:
   1. The product you ordered does not have enough stock;
   2. Failed to arrange delivery for your region
   3. The price marked on the one or more products you ordered is due to human or computer errors
5. After the payment is made and the product details and delivery date are agreed, it cannot be cancelled
6. General products can be checked and accepted at the time of receipt. If there is any problem, we must be notified immediately (in any way) on the same day for replacement or repair. The remaining notice will not be accepted

Payments

1. The company (Superart Design) accepts FPS or cheque payment; all orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars.
   Cheque made payable to: Superart Design and Contracting Limited
   Account Number: (HSBC Bank) 642-011365-001
2. If we cancel the order for any reason and you have made the payment, we will refund the equivalent amount within 7 days.
3. The company (Superart Design) reserves the right to change the payment method for online shopping at any time without prior notice.
